Intelligent test technologies are the only way to meet the high demands of automotive components.
As we have already stated in the past, the most important application sector for us is certainly the automotive one. In particular, for a decade now we have witnessed a real race for innovation in technology in terms of electrification, and increasingly geared towards autonomous driving. In this context, validation laboratories are also progressively more technological and demanding.
Our work, amidst rapid changes and shifting paths, moves in the direction of gradually innovative projects and realization of fixtures, in order to allow laboratories to perform precision and quality tests: with a quick turnaround, contained costs over time, whilst always paying attention to eco-sustainability.
Our solutions are all designed in close collaboration with our customers and are projected towards what we define as the added value of our work: compromise. The right compromise between the vibrating system, the test to be performed and the component to be tested. The synergy, the combined and contemporary action of these elements is realized in a single activity.
However, as incredible as it may seem, each product wants its fixture and its vibrating system. This is something that many still tend to underestimate.
If we were to design a fixture for two different customers, but for the same component, the two supports would almost certainly be designed differently. This is because the parameters that contribute to the definition of the project are many and each customer tends to favor one over the other. In fact, therefore, it is a matter of matching all the variables to obtain the best compromise linked to that particular situation.
One of the most significant variables is the vibrating system on which the fixture will be used. Another variable concerns the number of samples that are desired or that can be tested simultaneously. This is one of the parameters of free choice that make us discuss more with the customer.
By placing our experience in evaluating these factors at the service of our customers, we are able to identify together the most appropriate path and avoid errors or subsequent problems.
